Ponte Vedra Resort is ready for us.

The teams at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and The Lodge & Club Ponte Vedra Beach have diligently been working to make sure our picturesque properties are prepared for your safe visit.

-The convention committee is working closely with the Ponte Vedra resort to ensure the health and safety of our attendees during convention.
-Roughly 60% of this year's convention will be spent outdoors.
-ALL meeting rooms will be setup for social distancing with windows and doors open when possible.
-Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided onsite, or you can bring your own.
-Daily housekeeping is optional to limit room access during your stay.
